Research Interests
My research is divided into two areas. The first area is the development of new methods and instrumentation to improve the analysis of hormones such as cortisol, testosterone, estradiol, and dehydroepiandrosterone. This work is in collaboration with the Department of Psychology to investigate the roles of stress, hormonal regulation, and the development of psychopathology. The second area of investigation in my group involves a collaboration with Forensic Science to develop new techniques for the identification, preservation, and analysis of forensic evidence.
